Women Who Lead: How to lead as a woman in a male dominated environment

Being a woman is hard enough, leave alone being a woman leader in this society. Sony has been a leader in different capacities through her diverse career in sales. Sony is currently the Head of Sales and Training at Solar Panda. (K) ltd. For the past 21 years she has worked in Microfinance, Sales, Sales training and Entrepreneurship development. Sony has been training sales people for the past 7 years and still counting. she is very passionate about people. On the side, Sony runs a Ladies mentorship initiative to try and lift more ladies as she continues to discover more about herself as a woman.
